Friday Fave time....
Nothing scrappy for me this week. My house is torn up big time and all my "stuff" is packed up. Next week the kitchen will be out of commission so dinner is mainly going to be carry out :) I am really excited though..everything that is finished looks really nice and they are almost a third of the way completed. My closet looks amazing but I can't wallpaper it until after the kitchen is done. There is wayyyyyyy to much dust floating around and its only going to get worse. So I need to be patient...but I love it so much!!!
#1. Ok...Faves for this week include....My daughter's Prom shoes......The were *oh so sparkly* and fun. We all tried to try them on...but her feet are much smaller than ours...too bad.. I could see myself wearing these all day, everyday :)
Kelly and all of her friends met downtown at Marina Jacks for pictures then they were off to the Ritz Carlton for Prom. All the kids (about40) chipped in a got a party bus for after the Prom. They stopped all over town and at different kids houses. They all had the best time...and after their time was up on the bus..the bus brought each person home. Nice and safe!! 
#2. Spring Flowers....I grew up in Michigan where we had rows and rows of lilac bushes. I used to pick giant bouquets and put them in my room. They smell so wonderful. I wish I could get them to grow here in Florida but no such luck.......I know the lilacs are blooming now....
We also had these Lily of the Valley growing in our backyard........
.......and I found this unique *shell* vine.... the websites says that this will grow in Florida.....Look how GORGEOUS this is...........
#3. I see a shoe theme going on here. (and just about every week too) I found these shoes on the J. Crew website....but they are a bit pricey...so I am just going to enjoy them right here...on my Blog :) Aren't they sooooo very pretty!!!
#4. Sweet little hummingbirds. They only come around Oct-March because its so hot here in the summer. I love to watch them!!
#5. And speaking of Summer....I think our rainy season is finally kicking in. We've had rain 2 days in a row...GOOD RAIN!! It rained for over 3 hours!!! I think we are down over 70" for the year...so I am happy and my yard is dancing!! Rain is in the forecast for the next week!!!!

The shoes are to die for!!! Love the flowers too! Hope you're getting all the rain we've been having in Memphis because I need to dry out!
OH I LOVE YOUR FIVES!!! Gorgeous shoes!!! And your daughter is beautiful! You must be so proud! Thunderstorms are my fave too! Yesterday it rained and there was this gorgeous rainbow over the house, as we were outside looking at it, it started to lightning and thunder! I've never seen something so gorgeous! Growing up we always had lilacs and lillies of the valley in our yard. Now we only have the lilacs, but I love the lillies!

The flowers are gorgeous. I love this time of year. I like in Spokane, WA and we're the Lilac City. You can only imagine what this time of year is like here.

great list- I love all of that too-I have been planting flowers all week and filling all the feeders hoping to attract some hummingbirds. Love all the shoes too!! I Hope you have a great weekend chica!
